We are proud to announce the merger of Tangente Informatique Conseils’s activities with those of Groupe-Conseil PRI Inc. This transaction will provide increased leverage for Groupe-Conseil PRI Inc.’s service offer and consulting expertise, which in turn will benefit our clients.

The merger of these companies will create a strong entity with improved synergy since we were already partnering together on many projects.

We are also pleased to announce that Ms. Diane Denault, former president of Tangente Informatique Conseils, will take on the position of Vice-President Consulting Services for Groupe-Conseil PRI Inc. and we are delighted to be able to benefit from her vast expertise.
